VIRTUAL ONLINE DESIGNER

Before I can begin designing your room/s, I need some information...

 

1. This is where the fun begins.  It's time to dream.  Pull out the magazines you love, look at Pinterest and web sites that have your dream rooms.  Tear out photos, print them out, and bookmark your inspiration.

2. Take measurements and photos of YOUR room as it is.

3. Establish your budget for your remodel so we can get you the best room/s for your budget.

4. Complete the questionnaire to give us the details we need.

5. Make payment in full.

FIRST, complete the questionnaire. You'll then receive an email with further instructions on how to submit the above items.

 

Within 4 weeks, I will deliver you a Digital Custom Presentation Book including:

 

1. A plan of your space

2. Hand-drawn illustrations, detailing how to put your room together

3. Design Delivered Shopping List, with photos, prices, and resources for purchasing your new pieces

4. Fabric, wallpaper, and paint sample photos

 

Once you've received your Custom Design Plan, it's time to go shopping, go to work and transform your space!

 

A landscape plan will be delivered right to you via email in a PDF document. This package includes:

  • Inspirations and Ideas - Concept images to help you form your space are included in the digital boards.

  • Detailed Landscape / Deck / Hardscape Plan to Scale (Elevations will be provided when necessary based on the design) – Provide me with measurements of your space and I will draft a plan to scale to help with the design process and installation for your DIY project.

Virtual Customized Landscape Design Package $450.00

This package includes:

​

•Phone consultation with Laurie to determine project scope, your desired look and elements within the desired landscape design.
•​​Inspirations and Ideas - Concept images to help you form your space are included in the digital boards.
•Detailed Landscape Plan to Scale – Provide me with measurements & photos of your home exterior & yard, and I will draft a plan to scale to help with the design process and installation for your DIY project.
•Detailed specifications on plant types and species so going to your local nursery will be a breeze.  You'll know exactly how many of each plant you'll need to buy with the provided list of materials and quantities.  You'll have dimensions on the plans so cutting in the landscape beds is clear and simple to follow.  Have professionally designed landscaping but at a fraction of the price!
•Do you want to include a deck or hardscaping?  Contact me for pricing to add-on these items!

Interior Finishes & Furniture Mood Board

Home Staging Virtual Design Package - Any One Room $175.00

This package includes:

​

•Phone consultation with Laurie to determine project scope, your desired look and elements within the desired room design.
•​​Inspirations and Ideas - Concept images to help you form your space are included in the digital boards.
•Detailed Plan to Scale – Provide me with measurements & photos of your room, and I will draft a plan to scale to help with the layout and installation of furnishings and accessories for your DIY project.
•Detailed list of "To-Do's" for you to improve your room and make it shine.  This may include painting suggestions, furniture removal or replacement with new, accessory deletions or additions, etc.
