This design service is for those who want to be more “hands on” but would like a designer’s expertise to achieve the look of a professionally designed interior! Laurie will provide you with an COMPLETE design vision to create a beautiful interior that you can implement yourself. A custom design plan will be delivered right to you via email in a PDF document.

This package includes:
•Phone Consultations with Laurie throughout the project to determine desired look, budget, & function of your room.
•Up to 2 digital furniture and material boards – Includes images of all furniture & finish selections based upon our phone consultation.
•Inspirations and ideas - concept images to help you form your space .
•Paint and/or wallcovering selections as needed per design.
•Accessory selections
•Artwork selections: Including hanging locations and advice.
•Built-Ins or millwork design as needed per design.
•Any miscellaneous finish selections to complete your room.
•Detailed floor plan to scale (Elevations will be provided when necessary based upon the design requirements) – Provide me with measurements & photos of your space and I will draft a floor plan and wall elevations to scale to help with the design process and installation for your DIY project.
•Shopping list of specific items: Includes all stores or online links of each item with price needed to complete the room per the design board (nothing is required to be purchased, it's up to you how much you'd like to buy)

•Design Tips & Tricks to help you stage your room with professional attention to detail.
